For twenty five years, ASC has been a place where meaningful connections, compassionate care, and unforgettable moments shape every day. To celebrate this milestone, we asked our residents and team members to finish the phrase “ASC is…” and share the first thing that comes to mind.

Their answers say it all: good food, teamwork, love, friends, fun, independence, great service, fulfilling, lifesaver, peace of mind, all about family, care, my home now, just what I needed, and “I love it here.”

Riverwalk Village, American Village, and Harrison Terrace supporting the Parkinson's Foundation!

The three buildings came together to help sponsor a Pickleball Tournament at The Picklr in Noblesville. The Foundation pulled together $30,000 in donations by the end of the event! We are incredibly honored to play a part in this push to end Parkinson's and support the programs that assist those struggling with Parkinson's.❤️❤️

Honoring Our Heroes at Riverwalk Village

We had the privilege of celebrating Veterans Day with the incredible veterans who call Riverwalk Village home. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication remind us of the true meaning of service. We are thankful the Veterans Association places that trust in us.

Thank you, Compassus Hospice, for putting together a service for our veterans and to all who joined us in showing our appreciation. From sharing stories to enjoying time together, it was a heartfelt day honoring the men and women who have given so much for our country. ❤️🤍💙

Congratulations to Olivia (Libby) Estrada, Social Services Director, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025, who was celebrated last night at the Quest for Excellence award banquet at the Marriott in Indianapolis. The Quest for Excellence award is the highest level of recognition an ASC employee can receive, honoring those who exhibit a compassionate and dedicated approach that surpasses their typical job requirements. When Michelle first arrived at Riverwalk Village, she was weak and unsure if she’d ever recover. With the care and dedication of the nurses and therapists, she slowly regained her strength — each milestone celebrated by the staff who had become like family. She specifically wanted give a shout out to Addison, Shazia, Josue, Brittany, Laci, Nikki, Niki, Chelsea and honestly about every other person in the building.

Five months later, Michelle has left Riverwalk Village healthy, confident, and full of gratitude. You may even see her in the comments still chatting with friends. The place that once gave her hope had become more than a healing center — it had become a home, and she is always welcome to come back and visit with us any time.

Congratulations Olivia (Libby) Estrada, Social Services Director, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Libby serves as our Social Services Director and has been with Riverwalk Village for almost a year and a half. While working at Riverwalk, she has been working towards her master’s degree in social work and graduated this past July and is now pursuing becoming a licensed social worker.

From the moment she arrived, Libby went above and beyond to ensure residents not only receive what they need but also what they want to feel at home. She is known for the joy she brings to everyday interactions, whether she’s sitting on the porch with residents, comforting a grieving family, or stepping into support her peers. Her tireless commitment has made her a trusted source of comfort and stability for residents, families, and staff alike.

Libby exemplifies all of ASC’s core values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence, but especially shines in accountability. She consistently holds herself and her peers to the highest standards to ensure residents receive the quality of care they deserve.

Outside of her role, Libby recently adopted a dog and especially enjoys the special moments when pets visit Riverwalk. Her love for both people and animals brings even more warmth to our community.

Libby’s compassion, dedication, and leadership make her an invaluable part of our team. We are proud to celebrate her as our Quest for Excellence Winner and look forward to the many ways she will continue to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Congratulations, Libby!

Happy Halloween!

There’s nothing sweeter than the smiles we shared this Halloween! Our amazing nurses and wonderful residents had a spooktacular time passing out candy, dressing up, and celebrating with our Riverwalk family. Thank you to everyone who joined in on the fun and helped make this day so special. From our pumpkin patch to yours — Happy Halloween from all of us at Riverwalk Village!
