💖 Did You Know Your Pelvic Floor Plays a Key Role in Sexual Satisfaction?

The pelvic floor muscles support the bladder, uterus, and bowel — but they also play an important role in sexual health. Strong, well-functioning pelvic floor muscles can help improve sensation, arousal, and or**sm, while weakness in these muscles may contribute to discomfort, decreased sensation, or urinary leakage during intimacy.

✨ Benefits of Pelvic Floor Strengthening:
• Improved sexual sensation and satisfaction
• Increased muscle tone and circulation
• Better bladder control
• Enhanced pelvic support and core strength
• Greater confidence and quality of life

At Advanced Gynecology and Pelvic Floor Specialists, we offer InMode’s VTone, a non-surgical treatment that uses gentle electrical muscle stimulation to strengthen and retrain pelvic floor muscles — especially helpful when exercises alone are not enough.

We have been huge fans of appropriate testosterone supplementation for many years and appreciate the evidence confirming the benefit and more importantly, the safety, of adding testosterone to a woman's hormone replacement regimen. This article explains it well.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Testosterone in women remains one of the most misunderstood topics in medicine. Not because the science is unclear, but because outdated narratives persist.

Women produce testosterone naturally throughout life, and it plays a critical role far beyond libido — influencing brain function, bone density, muscle, metabolism, mood, and sexual response. Yet many women are still told it’s “dangerous,” “unnecessary,” or “only for men.”

The reality is this: women’s medicine has historically prioritized fear over physiology.

When testosterone is evaluated thoughtfully, dosed physiologically, and guided by an experienced hormone specialist, it becomes a tool for restoring function, not creating problems. Women are fully capable of making informed medical decisions when they’re given accurate data instead of myths.

Facts matter.
Physiology matters.
Women deserve both.

He (Jesus) knew that the old eye-for-eye philosophy would leave everyone blind. He did not seek to overcome evil with evil. He overcame evil with good. Although crucified by hate, he responded with aggressive love.
