This engaging community event brought together healthcare professionals and local residents for meaningful conversations around wellness and prevention.

🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟

Meet Lindsey, Clinical Dietitian at PAM Health Rehab Hospital of Venice. Lindsey has been part of the PAMily since August 2025. In her role, she works closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to assess and manage patients’ nutritional needs. Her days include reviewing charts, conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring progress, and educating patients and families on how proper nutrition supports healing and recovery.

Lindsey is passionate about being an evidence-based voice in nutrition and helping patients understand how diet impacts recovery.

As a first-generation college student, Lindsey is especially proud of earning her Master’s degree—an achievement that reflects her dedication and perseverance. She is motivated each day by the opportunity to empower patients with knowledge that helps prevent complications, improve outcomes, and support long-term health. Beyond her clinical role, Lindsey also serves as a PAMbassador, proudly sharing the collaborative and supportive culture that defines the PAMily. She values the teamwork at PAM Health and is passionate about helping patients regain strength, independence, and confidence. 💙

It was a great opportunity to connect with students and share insight into the many rewarding career paths within healthcare and rehabilitation. From nursing and therapy to care coordination and clinical navigation, rehabilitation medicine plays a vital role in helping patients regain independence and return to the life they love.

Investing time in the next generation of healthcare professionals is critical to the future of our industry and our community. The curiosity, engagement, and enthusiasm from the students at Venice High were inspiring.
