At The Pilates Mill we care about you. Our classes are small on purpose in order to make sure everyone gets the attention they deserve. We'll learn your name. We'll do everything we can to make you comfortable. You won't have to worry about not knowing how to do an exercise or use a certain prop. Our instructors have over 500 hours of training, they'll give gentle guidance, and they will ensure your safety and your success!

​Improving your balance is not hard, will not take hours of daily practice and no matter your age or where you are starting you can make improvement! In fact, research shows that Pilates improves balance. Practicing Pilates 1-2 times a week will improve your strength, posture and balance.
