Lately, I’ve received a few questions about why I’m not diving straight into nutrition, protocols, or the steps that many expect when it comes to healing. While I address nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness in my practice, there’s a deeper, more foundational piece we must first align—because it shifts everything else.
At the heart of my practice is a simple truth: Healing begins not with what we eat, but with who we are. One of our pillars is identity. Before we can begin to address the body or apply external tools, we must first remember our divine origin. Just as the acorn already holds the blueprint of the mighty oak, and the butterfly was always destined to soar, even in its cocooned form, we, too, are whole and complete in our deepest essence; each of us carrying the full potential of our original design.
When we connect to this truth of our identity, healing becoming an overflow We are not broken or incomplete—we simply need to return to who we always were. This remembrance is essential to the work we do; spirit, soul and body.
Healing is about addressing the patterns, thoughts, and stories that shape how we show up in the world and in our bodies. These mental and emotional imprints shape our behaviors and physical health. To heal, we must clear away the false beliefs and limitations that we’ve adopted over time.
The acorn doesn’t force itself to grow, and the butterfly doesn’t struggle to spread its wings. The process is simply part of the design. So, too, is our healing.
The seed remembers. The butterfly remembers. And so do you.
