Ever feel like you’re stuck in your head?⁣

Movement can bring you back into your body, back into the present moment.⁣

Fallen Star Pose is one of my favorite ways to reconnect. With heart lifted and arm reaching into space, this pose reminds me to open up, even when life feels heavy. It’s playful, empowering, and full of expansion.⁣

This pose stretches the chest, shoulders, and hip flexors while strengthening your arms, legs, and core. But more than that, it wakes up your energy and helps you take up space with confidence.⁣

➡️ Give it a try next time you need to shake off stagnant energy. Flow out of tabletop, open the chest, and shine like the star you are.⁣

This pose is a beautiful expression of Wild Thing (Camatkarasana), a heart-opening backbend that blends strength, grace, and freedom.⁣

Wild Thing is where strength meets surrender. It stretches the chest, shoulders, and hip flexors while strengthening the arms, back, and legs. But the real magic? It energizes the heart and uplifts your spirit.⁣

This pose reminds me that vulnerability and power can coexist, when you open up, you rise.⁣
