📣 We’re excited to welcome Joseph Nickels as our new Vice President of Operations at Enviroclean USA LLC!
Joseph brings over a decade of proven leadership in operations and facilities management across healthcare, education, behavioral services, and commercial cleaning sectors. Most recently, he served as Multi-Unit Operations Director at Centria Autism’s Life Skills Autism Academy, where he successfully launched and scaled new centers, growing his team from 3 to 37 within just six months.
He has held key leadership roles at Baptist Health Lexington, Compass Group’s SSC Services for Education, and Vanguard Cleaning Systems—consistently delivering measurable results in team development, operational efficiency, client retention, and sustainable practices.
Joseph’s customer-first mindset, adaptability, and passion for team empowerment make him a perfect fit to lead our Operations team through our next phase of growth. We’re confident his leadership will elevate our service delivery and operational excellence across the board.
