Have you ever noticed how easy it is to replay what went wrong, but struggle to remember what went well?

This tendency to overlook the good while dwelling on negativity can keep us stuck in survival mode rather than truly flourishing.

This is where asking ourselves "WHAT'S GOOD" comes in.

Tonight we'll explore SAVORING: the practice of deliberately noticing, appreciating, and extending moments of grace and goodness.

In our fast-paced world of instant everything, we've almost forgotten how to slow down and actually taste the good that God has already placed in our lives.

We gulp when we could sip. We rush past moments that could nourish our recovery.

Tonight, we won't just talk about savoring.

We'll practice it together through an open discussion where each person can share and amplify a blessing or moment of joy from their own experience.
