Incredibly proud to be celebrating 🌟5 YEARS🌟 of Sea Change Therapy Services as of August 1st!!!!!

Launching a business in 2020, in the middle of a pandemic, was never in the plans. It happened more out of necessity than anything else. I was burned out from the public sector, new to the area, and wanted to show people a different perspective can be a wonderful thing.

If you've been part of this journey as a personal support or a professional partner- thank you! I'm honored to have your help which allows me to impact lives in a way that truly matters.
If you've been a client in the last 5 years- kudos! Sea Change Therapy is literally nothing without you and you've all been a constant source of inspiration day after day. You've motivated me to persist through some of the toughest times I've ever known, and you continue to remind me that human connection is one of the most important resources we have. I'm in awe of all of the growth and healing that you've accomplished in our time together!

The results are in!
I talk with my clients all the time about how life involves both/and situations. You can feel this AND that at one time. The same is true of wallpaper! You can choose floral AND 70s and find unique ways to incorporate both of them.

The reactions so far to the new space has been very positive. Thanks for everyone's feedback and especially for those who helped prep the space- you know who you are!

Especially in 2025, these elements are needed more than ever. Parties and happy memories are great! But what are you doing to let the q***r individuals in your life know that you're there for them beyond the highlights and good times?

All year-round Sea Change Therapy Services is honored to be in the room where the real conversations and healing is happening. We laugh and celebrate but we also pause and acknowledge the sore spots.
