Healing didn’t always come in therapy rooms.
Sometimes it came in kitchens, on front porches, over slow music, or in sacred silences.
In my grandmother’s house, a reset wasn’t called “self-care.”
✨ It was humming old hymns while braiding hair.
✨ It was sitting barefoot in the grass while the sun kissed your shoulders.
✨ It was lighting candles and whispering prayers — not always out loud, but always heard.
These moments were medicine.
And they still are.
What reset rituals did you witness or inherit from the generations before you?
Let’s honor them — and bring them back into our wellness practice.
📿💫 If you’re reclaiming ancestral rhythms, this space is for you.
