Constant stress becomes normal.
Emotional suppression becomes normal.
Overworking becomes normal.

But functioning is not always the same thing as healing.

And because it “looks functional,” no one notices the cost.

But survival mode has a physical impact.

Healing starts when you no longer have to earn rest, softness, or support.
