We are so proud of our Memory Support Director, Hannah for receiving the AseraCare Heart of Hospice award.

Her gentle presence brings calm to difficult situations, and her caring nature leaves a lasting impact on the families she serves. Recently, we’ve enjoyed some wonderful musical entertainment here at Heritage at Fountain Point!

A special thank you to The Trease Brothers from the Easy Country Band for sharing their great country music, to Aaron Shoemaker for his wonderful performance, and to our very own Mary Drott for filling the room with beautiful piano melodies.

Music has a special way of bringing people together, lifting spirits, and creating joyful moments for our residents, families, and staff.
