This weekend is The Confident Girl Workshop and we’re so excited to host this empowering event! Join us this Saturday at 2551 Eltham Ave Ste F, Norfolk, VA for a special workshop designed to help girls build confidence, strengthen their voice, and grow in a supportive space. 💖

Take a moment to meet your instructor! She is one of the clinicians here at Cornerstone who has a deep passion for supporting the mental health needs of children and adolescents. Her heart for helping young girls grow in confidence makes this workshop something truly special.

This workshop will be a safe and encouraging space for girls to learn, connect, and grow in their confidence.

We are excited to announce our upcoming Confident Girl Workshop happening on March 14, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

This empowering 3-hour workshop will guide participants through engaging activities focused on personal development and building healthy relationships.

This experience is designed to help girls grow in confidence, strengthen their voice, and develop tools that support positive connections in their everyday lives.

📍 Location: 2551 Eltham Ave Ste F, Norfolk, VA 23513
🎟 Cost: $45 per participant

Parents do not need to attend; however, a disclosure form must be signed on the day of the workshop to allow participation.

Cornerstone had an amazing time connecting with the students of Green High School at their Black History Month Career Fair! 🙌🏾✨

We truly enjoyed engaging with students about the importance of mental health, as well as learning about their educational goals and career aspirations. The future is bright, and we’re honored to be part of the conversation and support the next generation of leaders.
