speech & language therapy services to children and adults in the Tidewater community.

Our mission is to provide research-based, individualized evaluation and treatment services for adults and children with speech, language, feeding/swallowing, cognitive, social and behavioral needs. Our Director:
Pamela Crenshaw MA, CCC-SLP

Pamela received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Virginia and earned her Master’s of Arts Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from The George

Washington University. She is licensed in the state of Virginia and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Pamela has had clinical experience in schools, private practice, rehabilitation facilities, and hospitals. Her work in these settings has given her the opportunity to evaluate and treat a children and adults with a wide variety of disorders including: articulation and phonological disorders, expressive language disorders and delays, receptive language disorders and delays, apraxia of speech, auditory processing disorders, fluency disorders, autism spectrum disorders, aphasia, right hemisphere dysfunction, dysphagia, and speech and language intervention techniques for children with cochlear implants. She is also a PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Motor Phonetic Targets) trained therapist.
