I mean if your being completely honest with yourself (like looking in the mirror and talking to yourself honest 😉), what does it really matter if you have a healthier lifestyle for a month or two out of all the years of your life?

If you are anything like us, we’ve always been told protein in the diet is important. Is it important even if you don’t wanna bench press everyday if the week 😂? Absolutely, here is a couple reasons to to keep a higher protein diet.
📣📣
REPAIR - your body uses to build and repair muscle tissues
OXYGENATE - red blood cells contain a protein compound that carries oxygen throughout the body.
DIGEST - about half the dietary protein that you consume each day goes into making enzymes, which aids in digesting food, and making new cells and body chemicals.
REGULATE - protein plays an important role in hormone regulation.

There are many articles that have convincing evidence that a higher protein intake increases thermogenesis and fullness compared to diets lower in protein.

As compared to a group of adults taking just 4,000 steps daily (💩 which is low 💩) a group that took 8,000 steps daily was associated with a 51% lower risk for ‼️ALL-CAUSE MORTALITY ‼️( no need to google that, it means death from all causes 😂😉). That’s absolutely crazy right?! In the group of adults that took 12,000 steps daily dropped it to a 65% risk of all cause mortality. GET TO MOVING!! We shoot for 8k-10k in our program!
