We’re excited to announce a new group, Bridging the Gaps, created to offer additional support for individuals who may need extra connection and guidance between their regular therapy sessions.
This group is perfect for:
✅ Clients who could benefit from extra support between their individual sessions
✅ Individuals currently on the waitlist for therapy, IOP, or other treatment services
Group Details:
🗓 Name: Bridging the Gaps
📅 Day: Fridays
⏰ Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
🚀 Start Date: Friday at 2:00 PM
The goal of this group is to provide consistent support, helpful coping strategies, and create a space for connection with weekly check-ins.
