We are so grateful for the amazing volunteers who take the time to do our dancers’ hair and makeup, helping each participant feel confident, beautiful, and ready to shine on the dance floor!

The hours behind the scenes, the planning, the organizing, and every little detail are all worth it when Light Up the Night finally arrives. What makes it even more special is seeing the excitement start almost immediately after the dance is over. The very next day, many are already asking, “How long until Light Up the Night again?” 💙✨

They love sharing their dress ideas and talking about what they want to wear months in advance. Our dress drive means so much because it gives everyone the chance to shop for the perfect dress or tux and feel confident and excited for their special night. They look forward to being pampered, getting their hair done by professionals and having their makeup done by the amazing Mary Kay ladies.

Seeing the smiles, the dancing, the confidence, and the joy throughout the night is a reminder that every hour of preparation is absolutely worth it. These moments become memories they carry with them all year long. - Kayla ✨
