WOW! What an incredible day celebrating Disability Pride Day with all of our amazing friends!

We are still smiling from the turnout! We couldn’t believe how many people came to celebrate with us! It was a day full of laughter, community, music, and friendship!

🎶 A HUGE shoutout to The String Beans for bringing the fun and keeping us dancing all afternoon, you were a hit!

We are honored to open nominations for the 2025 Cassie Lacost Self-Advocate Award, which recognizes individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who demonstrate strength, leadership, and an unwavering voice in self-advocacy—just like Cassie did.

We want to sincerely apologize for the delay in getting the nomination process started this year. Thank you for your patience as we prepare to celebrate another incredible advocate in our community.

As we reflect on past recipients, we remember with love and admiration our 2024 awardee, Barry Eckstrom, whose advocacy, spirit, and kindness touched so many lives. Rest in peace to our dear friend Barry. His legacy lives on in all of us.

In 2023, we were proud to honor Morgan Carstens, whose leadership continues to inspire. Each recipient has embodied the heart and mission behind this award, and we look forward to recognizing another powerful self-advocate this year.

🍕 Our last Art Adventures with Janell was a blast! We wrapped up the season with Bingo, pizza, and pop, the perfect combo for a fun-filled day! 😄

Our Bingo winners walked away with full-size candy bars or Little Debbie snacks a sweet reward for our 93 amazing friends who joined us! 🍫🎉
