For Ken, one of our Independent Living residents at The Meadows, therapy meant convenience, confidence, and continued support—all without ever leaving home. Instead of traveling across town or adjusting to a new environment, Ken chose The Meadows Outpatient Therapy & Wellness Center, located right under the same roof where he lives. He already knew and trusted the therapy team, including Sandi, his occupational therapist, and felt confident every step of the way.

Even after graduating from therapy, Ken continues using our gym independently at no cost to stay active and maintain the progress he’s made. We’re honored to be part of his journey and proud of all he has accomplished! 💪

We're still thinking about what a wonderful Mother’s Day it was at The Meadows! 💐We celebrated the amazing mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures in our community with a beautiful day filled with connection, laughter, and a delicious brunch buffet. It was a heartfelt reminder of what makes this community so special: honoring the people who mean the most. 🌷

When Pat arrived at The Meadows, she came for a short-term assisted living stay—but quickly found comfort in the little things. From having therapy steps from her room to a team that treated her with kindness and professionalism, she felt supported every step of the way. Today, Pat is back home and thriving—but her journey with us didn’t end there. She continues to return to our outpatient clinic to work with the same therapists who supported her from the very beginning.

A feast fit for moms! Yesterday at The Meadows, we celebrated the amazing mothers in our community with a beautiful brunch buffet filled with delicious homemade favorites and sweet treats. Food is at the heart of bringing people together, and we’re grateful for the special afternoon honoring the moms, grandmas, and mother figures who mean so much to our community! 💛

Cinco de Mayo fun at its best earlier this week here at The Meadows! 🌮🎉

Our staff and residents enjoyed a full day of festive flavors—from Huevos Rancheros at breakfast to smothered burritos for supper! Lunch featured delicious nachos with chicken, beef, and beans piled high with toppings, plus homemade chips, salsa, and fresh pico de gallo prepared by our amazing kitchen team.

Great food, lots of smiles, and even better company made it a fiesta to remember! 💃💛

(And yes, we found Alex eating ice cream again!😆)
