We support the Mission of Faith Regional by enhancing the health of the region through philanthropy.

The Faith Regional Health Services Foundation is a nonprofit corporation that functions exclusively to support the mission and vision of Faith Regional Health Services, and the healthcare programs and services they provide. They engage donors and prospective donors to become invested in the success and sustainability of high-quality healthcare in northeast Nebraska.

To say that this year's Hope Heroes campaign was a success would be an understatement! 12 schools around northeast Nebraska tapped into their creativity and fundraised in various ways to give cancer patients at Faith Regional Health Services the hope they need to continue their fight. These amazing students, teachers, and fans came together to raise a grand total of $12,613.42! Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible!

Last Thursday, during World Kindness Day, the Faith Regional Health Services employees had the opportunity to create these beautiful mini floral arrangements for friends and family in exchange for a free-will donation to the Hope Fund, totaling $954! Thank you to the FRHS staff for your generosity and kindness!

Today, on National Philanthropy Day, we want to recognize and celebrate the contributions of philanthropy and those who give their time and resources to the Faith Regional Foundation. It is a day to honor individuals, nonprofits, and businesses that support the common good through donations, volunteering, and other charitable acts.

Ruby, founder of Ruby's Rain of Hope Project, is always working hard, raising funds to fill more cancer care bags for the patients at Carson Cancer Center! As the current National American Miss Nebraska Pr***en, Ruby started this non-profit to bring comfort to local cancer patients through care bags filled with love and encouragement. Ruby, you are an inspiration to us all!

The Foundation had some fun with the Faith Regional Health Services Employee Pumpkin Decorating Contest! Even though the annual gala isn't until April 25th, planning has kicked off and the gala seemed like the perfect focus for pumpkin decorating! The lovely couple is all dressed up and ready for an evening of supporting a great cause!

Nancy Prauner wanted to memorialize her mother, who had bravely fought cancer. Along with a generous donation to the Hope Fund, she also gifted adult coloring and activity books to patients at Carson Cancer Center. Thank you, Nancy, for uplifting our patients with hope and joy!

National Make a Difference Day is this Saturday, but here at Faith Regional Health Services, patients, visitors, and staff have all week to 'make a difference'. Pick up an uplifting card at Fireside Cafe and give it to an impactful person or to someone who just might need that extra boost in their day.

"I am very excited to be a part of the Foundation team! Being one of the Donor Relations Specialists will allow me to combine my passion for helping others and deep respect for medical advancement. I have lived here in Northeast Nebraska going on 4 years but grew up in a small farming community in Iowa. After high school, I attended Doane University in Crete, NE for my undergraduate and graduate degrees. Most recently, I got married to my husband, Austin, on August 2nd. In my free time, I enjoy reading mystery books and training for half marathons. My next race is in November!"
