Carolyn, one of our residents, has been attending New Heights Fellowship for years and recently invited a few friends to join her for a meaningful morning together.

After the service, the pastor welcomed our resident Pamela to the front, where she shared a beautiful rendition of Amazing Grace that truly touched everyone in the room. 🎤 ✨

It was a wonderful morning filled with faith, friendship, and moments that made it all the more special.

Can you tell we love music here at ?! 🫶🎹

Our residents had a great time singing and crafting with Grace Bible Church. They created beautiful crosses decorated with all sorts of flowers to welcome springtime.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a relaxing morning of wonderful hymns together. Thank you to all of the volunteers who joined us! 🌻

Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of hosting Medicine & Music, Healing, Hope and Harmony, Inc. as they joined us for a fun-filled afternoon of music, food, and fellowship! 🎶💙

Their mission is to spread wellness through music and advice from their trusted team of doctors that encourage social, mental, and emotion well-being.

On top of bringing a group of talented musicians and doctors, the team at Medicine & Music generously provided lunch for all of our residents and associates, courtesy of Olive Garden. 👏

Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make this event a success!

Last week, we welcomed in the Norfolk Public Library who showed our residents how to make custom bookmarks! 📖🔖

It was great to see everyone create their own designs while learning more about the history of libraries.

We even had a few of our residents sign up for their own library cards! 🤩

Last week we enjoyed a special performance from the great Michael Jackson! 🕺🪩

It was so great to hear the classics and see his iconic dance moves. Thanks to Hidden Treasure for stopping by for a fun afternoon of pop music!

What a beautiful day to take a scenic drive with some of our Sweet Memories residents! 🌤️🚐
