Blending Slow Flow yoga with a guided, meditative chocolate tasting, this 75-minute experience offers a sensory journey designed to cultivate embodiment, presence, and self-awareness.
Led by Samantha Young (RYT-200), we’ll begin with gentle, intentional movement and breath practices, then transition into a three-part guided chocolate tasting to deepen present-moment awareness through this unique sensory experience.
The evening will conclude with restorative shapes and an extended Savasana, leaving you grounded, relaxed, and receptive.
