Decades Day!!! Always so much fun! Happy Nursing home week to all of our residents and staff!

We started “foodie fiesta” again! Everyone is invited to come out and have fun, chat, and share a meal!

It didn’t work for a lot of our staff but we had fun with our small group!

We have something to be thankful for every day but today we are extra thankful for Jeanne!

She came to us with a broken hip and weakness….and headed home today with her son!

In her short stay, she won the hearts of all who worked here and gained some lifetime friends! She worked hard in therapy everyday and never lost sight of her goals!

Jeanne promised us she would come back to visit and we sure hope she does! We wish her nothing but the best!

What is Skilled Nursing?

It is specialized care that involves medical and nursing services, as well as therapy.

Example:

Your mom falls and breaks her hip. She has lost a lot her strength while being in the hospital and she's nervous to return home, by herself. She can come to St. Joe's for a short term stay, where our nurses will help make sure her wound heals correctly, while therapy focuses on strength and rehab so she can return home with confidence.

We added it to our cover photo but we also wanted to share our services because they are open to everyone! Family, Friends, Neighbors, and Community members are welcome to worship in the St. Joe's Chapel.

We also have bible studies and other faith based events throughout the month so stay tuned!

Hello! We finally got our page back! As most of you know in October we transitioned over to a new affiliate, Ensign Services. With “New” there are always changes but one thing that has held true is the love, dedication and care for our residents.

Ensign Services believes in dignifying long-term care in the eyes of the world through moments of truth. We are excited about this change and look forward to what we have to offer. We appreciate everyone’s love and patience through this transition, and we are very excited to continue to serve our community.

We are still "St. Joes" where Faith is our cornerstone! Family is always welcome! and Friendships are built!
