Today’s 9:30am class today! Thanks everyone for coming out and putting your best effort in. Today we had a partner workout of 2 Rounds of 1000 meter Row, followed by 50 DB Power Sn**ch (25/35), then 50 Box Jumps (20”/24”), then a partner 800 meter Run. Anyone is welcome to try a class on me. My treat. 😜 But seriously, solid work team!

Thank you and for this awesome Plaque Award 🏅 for “Coach Smoosh” Apollo 🐸 as Employee of the Year at Gym. He tirelessly gives judgmental glances at every No Rep and holds people to a high standard. Free Workout tomorrow! Saturday 9:30am.
The program is:

4 Rounds For Time
15 Strict Chin-ups
25 Hand Release Push-ups
800m Run

Partition to Chin-Ups and Push-Ups as needed. Time Cap: 45 Minutes. All Movements and the number of repetitions can be adjusted. If interested, comment below or send a message. I look forward to helping more people get into shape.

3 Shoulder Movements 8 Reps Each
20 Cal Echo Bike
4 Different Shoulder Movements 8 Reps Each
20 Cal Echo Bike

I tried this on yesterday and it’s solid. Classes are Monday Wednesday & Friday at 6:30am and 5:30pm. Try a free week on us. Fitness is for everyone.

In two hours, I had the pleasure of coaching 14 people today! Thank you to and for making the Saturday 9:30am class (Free each week by the way) and and others for making the 11am Zoom class! I am honored to coach so many awesome people and share my love of fitness, vegan snacks, and coffee. 🌱💪🍪☕️
