20 lbs down

Same me… just showing up a little more consistently.

This season hasn’t been perfect — life, hormones, all the things —
but I stayed in motion, even on the days I didn’t feel like it.

Some days it was a full workout,
some days it was just 15 minutes… and that was enough.

That’s really been the shift for me —
not doing everything, just doing something.

✨ 👀1 Year Later… 5 years in, and Menopause Is Still Trying Me ✨

Let’s be clear.

When I originally lost 115 pounds, my smallest weight was 155.
Last year in that “Then” picture? I was probably 180-ish.
Knee injury. Stress. Moving. Hormones doing whatever they want.

Menopause said,
“Oh you thought you was done?” 🥴

Now? I’m around 170-ish (I refuse to fight the scale daily 😂),
but I can tell — inches down, inflammation down, face slimmer, waist tighter.

And here’s the part that matters:

I didn’t go extreme.
I didn’t starve.
I didn’t punish myself.

I walked more. 🚶🏽‍♀️
I lifted consistently. 🏋🏽‍♀️
I regulated stress. 🧘🏽‍♀️
I stopped acting like my 40s body is my 20s body. 😌

Hormones are real.
Inflammation is real.
Life is real.

But so is rhythm.

This isn’t a “snapback.”
This is a recalibration.

And because so many of you have been watching the journey (and asking 👀),
