Here at STL we have a mission to bring yoga “off the mat”... but what does that mean??

There are 8 limbs of yoga and only one of the limbs consists of movement (aka asana), while the others tap into the breath + mind.

We strive to take the yogi mind off the mat via community classes, workshops, book club, trainings + even into our shops && beyond.

Not trying to ruffle any feathers, but we are not here to offer overpriced yoga classes and to “namaslay” all day. 🤣😬
