You don’t need to be “good” at meditation to benefit from it. Like any skill, stillness is learned through repetition, patience, and compassion. Presence grows each time you choose to return, even for a moment.

My very first Exploring Consciousness workshop… and I’m still smiling 🤗

This weekend felt like watching something sacred unfold in real time. The participants showed up open, curious, courageous, and so willing to explore beyond the surface of everyday awareness. The conversations were rich. The meditations were deep. The energy in the room felt steady, grounded, and expansive all at once.

And the view… water stretching into the horizon as we stretched inward. It was the kind of setting that quietly whispers, go deeper.

I am so incredibly grateful to be able to hold this space. To guide others using the tools that changed my own life. To witness people reconnect with parts of themselves they may have forgotten were there.

What a beginning. What a group. What a weekend.

My heart is full. 💫
