On any given day they are: service coordinators, administrators, care givers, job coach, friends and mentors, advisors, transportation techs, group activity directors, first aid providers, and many, many more roles!

September 7-13 is DSP Recognition Week. DSP Recognition Week is a national annual campaign to celebrate the commitment and compassion of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). DSPs provide essential support for individuals with disabilities, helping them to live more independent and fulfilling lives. Here at Eggleston, the efforts of our DSP workforce play a major role in achieving our vision of a community that values and engages the abilities of all persons and endeavors to improve their quality of life.

Thank you to the Dollar Bank Foundation for supporting Eggleston’s Collaborative Community Connections (C3) program with a $2,500 grant. This gift helps C3 connect individuals experiencing homelessness and financial hardship to employment, coaching, and essential resources. Together, we’re helping our neighbors build stability, grow income, and move toward healthy, productive lives.
