Seven years ago we opened the doors of Nebraska Health and Wellness Clinic in Norfolk with one simple goal: provide care that truly puts patients first.

What started as a vision has grown into a clinic filled with incredible patients, dedicated staff, and a community that has trusted us with their health and their families. Over the past seven years we have had the privilege of helping thousands of people improve their health through primary care, preventive medicine, functional approaches, and personalized treatment.

Norfolk has been an amazing community to serve. Your trust, support, and referrals have allowed us to grow, innovate, and continue expanding the services we offer to better meet the needs of our patients.

To every patient, family, and team member who has been part of this journey, thank you. Your support is the reason Nebraska Health and Wellness Clinic continues to thrive.

Some days you wake up feeling like your battery is on 5 percent… but when you work with us, you plug right into the IV recharge station.

One of our amazing team members wasn’t feeling her best today, so she got a little IV vitamin boost while still holding down the fort. That’s dedication.
