"I started therapy three weeks after having surgery on my right knee to repair a torn meniscus. Ashley put me on a plan to rehab and strengthen my knee, and then gradually added more exercises to strengthen my other knee, legs, my core, and improve my balance. Now that I’ve completed therapy, I feel that my knee is fully recovered, and my overall strength is greatly improved. Thank you, Ashley, and the entire staff!"

"As you get a certain age, your body lets you know that some things are harder to do. The exercises here have helped me improve my strength and balance. Some exercises are challenging, but that shows you where you need help. I really appreciate the guidance Katie gave me with these exercises. I would recommend anyone to come to Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy, and I will return for any follow-up care in the future."

Shoulder pain might not start in the shoulder at all. 🤔 Our latest newsletter explains how poor posture, like forward head position and rounded shoulders, can place extra stress on the shoulder joint and lead to pain, stiffness, and limited mobility. These postural changes can disrupt normal shoulder mechanics and increase the risk of injury over time. Columbus Physical Therapy also explains how Physical Therapy can help correct these imbalances and restore proper movement patterns.

"I came in because I am having knee surgery on both knees and wanted to strengthen them beforehand. My knee pain was a 10 most days, and I couldn’t go up and down stairs without a lot of pain. Now, I can climb stairs more easily and walk around the house better. Since starting therapy, I’ve definitely strengthened my muscles. I feel that therapy has helped me as much as possible before my surgery. I will be coming back after my knee surgery because everyone was so friendly and helpful!"
