Quality of Life -- Because you can't caring for people if you don't care about them.

Quality of Life, along with Emotional and Social Care are the major focuses of our approach to care. Our caregivers want to make a difference in people's lives.

Our caregiver, LaDora knew Ms Linda hadn't been to the Norfolk Botanical Garden in years. Instead of just letting her sit at home, LaDora set up a trip to the Botanical Gardens for Ms Linda. LaDora coordinated with the office for tickets, a wheelchair, transportation, and a thumbs up from Ms Linda's family.

The next day, they were off! Ms Linda had a blast. She hasn't stopped talking about how beautiful the Gardens are and how it's changed over the years.

And she still has a smile on her face.

Way to go, LaDora -- making a difference in Ms Linda's life!

One of the most enjoyable parts of the job is experiencing all the different coffee shops / restaurants in Hampton Roads. Recently, Monica and Dean met at COVA Brewing Company to coordinate efforts and compare notes.
