At HomeBridge Health Co, we are fully dedicated to helping the public in every way possible. Our team had been planning to provide food resources to our local community in light of growing concerns about the EBT / SNAP program possibly being interrupted.
However, before moving forward, we took the time to do our own research to ensure we were responding with facts and not fear and we discovered that the State of Virginia will not be affected by any disruptions to the EBT / SNAP program.
With that being said, while we remain committed to serving and uplifting our community in every way, there is no immediate need for emergency food assistance at this time.

We’re expanding our behavioral health team and looking for passionate, qualified professionals.

Open Positions:
🔹 Program Director
Oversees daily operations of the program
Ensures compliance with Medicaid and state regulations
Supervises clinical and support staff

🔹 Licensed Substance Abuse Counselors (CSAC, CSAC-S, LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Provide individual and group counseling sessions
Develop treatment plans and document progress
Guide clients through recovery using evidence-based practices

🔹 Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS)
Use lived experience to support and mentor clients in recovery
