Last night, I had a dream that I was diagnosed with multiple forms of brain cancer. But instead of waking up in a panic, I woke up with absolute clarity. This wasn’t about an actual diagnosis—this was my brain throwing up a giant neon sign that read: Hey, you! Time to drop the mental chaos! đŸ€Ż

Fear. Judgment. Anxiety. Rejection. The never-ending mental gymnasticsđŸ€ž of Am I too much? Am I not enough? It’s all been piling up, taking up prime real estate🏡 in my head, and my subconscious finally had enough. It was basically telling me: You’re overdue for a deep clean, and it’s time to take out the damn trash. đŸ—‘ïž

And if you’re neurodivergent, I bet you know this feeling. The constant overthinking. The overanalyzing. The self-doubt that clings like gum on a hot sidewalk. We get so used to carrying the weight of our own criticism that we don’t even realize how freaking heavy it is.đŸ‹đŸŒâ€â™€ïž

But here’s the truth: We were never meant to carry all this crap. Healing isn’t about “fixing” ourselves—because we were never broken. It’s about clearing out the BS so we can finally make room for what’s actually meant for us.

So if you’ve been waiting for a sign đŸȘ§ to release all the fear, guilt, and self-doubt that’s been squatting in your brain rent-free, here it is. Give yourself permission to let that sh*t go. Take up space. Own your weird, wonderful, wildly brilliant self.

Because the world doesn’t need the masked, 🎭watered-down version of you. It needs the real you. And it’s about damn time you set yourself free.â›“ïžâ€đŸ’„

Do you ever feel like you’re living in a paradox? Your life, is one BIG oxymoron?

Imposter syndrome is something most people encounter at some point in life—those nagging feelings of unworthiness, the belief that we’re not good enough, that we don’t belong, or that we’re somehow a fraud in our own existence. But for neurodivergent individuals, imposter syndrome isn’t just a fleeting doubt; it’s often an ingrained part of how we experience the world. It’s not just a mindset; it’s a state of being—woven into the very fabric of our identity.

At its core, neurodivergent imposter syndrome is a paradox. We are both “too much” and “not enough.” We crave connection yet struggle with social nuances. We long to be seen for who we truly are, but when we are, we fear we’re too different to be accepted. We experience deep emotions yet often suppress them to appear more “palatable.” Our needs feel contradictory—seeking structure but resisting rigidity, desiring solitude but fearing isolation, wanting to be understood but unable to explain the depth of our inner world. It’s a constant push and pull, an exhausting balancing act between authenticity and adaptation.

It’s no wonder why we struggle with chronic fatigue!

And how do we even begin to explain this paradox to others? How do we put into words the experience of feeling alien in our own skin, like we’re playing a role in a world that was never designed for us? How do we express that we are both capable and struggling, confident yet filled with doubt, independent but desperately in need of support?

The reality is, most people don’t experience the world in such extremes, and that makes this paradox hard for them to grasp. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t real, and it doesn’t mean we’re alone in it.

So how do we navigate this space? The first step is acknowledging that these contradictions aren’t flaws. They are simply truths of how our brains operate. Instead of trying to fit into a mold that was never made for us, we can begin embracing our complexities—understanding that we are not “wrong” or “broken” for feeling this way. Self-acceptance doesn’t mean the feelings of imposter syndrome disappear; it means we stop believing they define our worth.

And for those who support, love, and work with neurodivergent individuals: the best gift you can offer is not trying to “fix” or rationalize these feelings away, but instead, holding space for them. Listen. Validate. Accept the paradox for what it is, even if you don’t fully understand it. Because sometimes, the deepest healing comes not from solving the contradiction, but from simply being seen within it.

If this resonated with you, you’re not alone—and there’s so much more to explore and unpack on this topic. Stay tuned, because I have something fabulous in the works that will help you break free from imposter syndrome and step into your full potential.

More details coming soon! đŸ€—âœšđŸŒ€â™Ÿïž

Evolving Beyond Verbal Processing: Discovering New Ways to Heal and Cope.

A lot of people with ADHD are verbal processors. We need to talk things out—not because we love the sound of our own voice, but because it helps us declutter our minds and make sense of our emotions. It’s how we find understanding in the midst of mental chaos.

Unfortunately, this can sometimes be misinterpreted. We might be seen as “yappers” or self-indulgent, when in reality, we’re just trying to find peace in the storm inside our heads.

Last week, I was reminded of this very thing. Life threw some unexpected turbulence my way, and I found myself instinctively reaching for that verbal outlet. But as I looked around, I realized how much my circle has changed. Over the last couple of years, as I’ve grown and evolved, the people I once turned to in times like these have become fewer.

And yet—something profound happened. Instead of spiraling in the need to talk it all out, I leaned into the tools I’ve gathered along my journey. Breathwork, Reiki, and mindfulness—these practices helped me calm the chaos, sort through the clutter, and find clarity.

It was a powerful reminder: while verbal processing is valid and necessary at times, I don’t always have to rely on it. I have everything I need within me. And so do you.

If you’re someone who processes verbally, honor that part of yourself—but also know that there are many ways to find clarity. The more tools we have, the more resilient we become.

Have you ever noticed this in yourself? What are the tools that help you find peace when your mind feels overwhelmed? Let’s start a conversation. 💙

Growing up with ADHD, I was that kid who couldn’t sit still—always up to sharpen a pencil, grab water, or ask a question. In 5th grade, my teacher gave my parents an ultimatum: get her diagnosed or hold her back. At a young age, I was labeled, medicated, and left wondering why I couldn’t just be ‘normal.’

The medication was a rollercoaster—too little didn’t work, too much left me a zombie. It wasn’t until I discovered martial arts that everything changed. The discipline, structure, and breathing helped me focus and build self-esteem after years of ridicule and struggle. It was my turning point.

Now, as a mom to an 8-year-old who also has ADHD, my heart breaks knowing his journey won’t be easy. But this time, I’m equipped. Together, we’re navigating with consistency, sleep, supplementation, and Reiki. He even asks for Reiki now and wants to learn it himself, which has been a powerful reminder of how energy work and simple techniques like breathwork can calm the nervous system.

My journey has inspired me to help others—kids and adults alike—who are navigating ADHD and neurodivergence. I want to share tools for healing, regulation, and self-mastery, so no one has to feel as lost as I once did.

đŸ”„ Love, Loss, and the Alchemy of a Neurodivergent Mind đŸ”„

It began on an ordinary day in 2018 when a UPS driver walked into my office—and into my life. A cheeky grade-school-style note sparked something magical, and soon, Rick became the love of my life. We shared a bond so deep it felt otherworldly. But like many great loves, ours carried its shadows.

Rick battled his demons, protecting me and my son from a path he feared might harm us. His love was selfless, even if it meant keeping me at arm’s length. Then, one day, he was gone. A phone call shattered my world, and I lost the man who lit up my soul.

Grief was suffocating, but navigating it with a neurodivergent mind brought unique challenges. The constant noise—overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and spirals of “what-ifs”—kept me stuck in the pain. My mind replayed every moment, every word, and I felt like I might never escape the weight of it all.

But slowly, I learned to calm the chaos within. Through grounding practices, energy work, and moments of stillness, I found a way to quiet the noise and focus on healing. I began to rise from the ashes.

Rick’s love, even in loss, became my greatest teacher. His presence—both in life and spirit—guided me toward something extraordinary: alignment. I embraced personal growth, read transformative books (How to Be a Badass by Jen Sincero was pivotal), and discovered my purpose.

Today, I’m a Reiki Master Teacher and spiritual coach, helping others calm their own storms and rediscover their light. Grief broke me open, but it also taught me that even in the deepest pain, there is beauty—and that a neurodivergent mind, once calmed, can be a powerful force for transformation.

đŸ”„ When Life Pushes Early, You Push Back Harder đŸ”„

July 25th started like any other day—until it didn’t. I was 27 weeks pregnant, painting the nursery, and feeling crampy. A call to my nurse led to a hospital trip just to be safe. No big deal, right?

Fast forward—my water breaks on the side of the road. A random woman (who I swear was an angel driving a Jeep) prays over me and calls 911. Hours later, after a rollercoaster of “push!” then “STOP!” (thanks to some miscommunication), my son Henry arrived weighing 2 lbs 10 oz. He was tiny, but mighty.

NICU life was a masterclass in patience, resilience, and milk pumping marathons. 52 days of tubes, alarms, and milestones later—Henry was home.

Dealing with all of this was no small feat. As someone with a neurodivergent mind, I could’ve been consumed by the chaos and constant uncertainty. But over time, I learned how to calm my mind—to focus on one step, one decision, one moment at a time. That skill became my anchor in the storm.

And that’s when my journey started. Watching those NICU milk banks run low lit a fire in me. One day, I casually mentioned it’d be cool to fly planes, and my friend said, “Why not?”

So I asked myself the same question
and signed up for flight lessons. 🚀

The goal? Fly donor milk and medical supplies to NICUs around the country. Maybe even transport families who need to relocate for specialized care. I’m now a student pilot, chasing this wild, big dream. Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned—
When life throws you into the unknown at 27 weeks, you learn to fly.
