While I ride the beautiful but chaotic at time's waves of Life, it's always a blessing to remember that it's ok to just be.
Taking a few minutes to ground myself and do a wee Sun meditation.

If you haven't booked a session with Chuck Coats and The crystals yet, don't wait he is only in Oklahoma for a short time!!
I've been honored to have him hold space for me twice and both experience where just what my mind, body and soul needed.
(with Chuck's permission, I created a hyperlapse video of my session.)

I was greeted by the mesmerizing crystal grid that he crafts over time, placing each crystal where it calls to go.
After being granted permission to work in my energy field he so graciously explained what to expect, where he will place crystals around or on my body and where I may feel his touch.
After taking a moment to ground myself the magic begins with crystals being placed in my hands or around my body as Chuck guided me into relaxation, allowing me to feel what needed to be felt, see what needed to be seen and holding space for me to dissolve the remaining chains I had not yet broken free from.

With his angelic team, my angelic team and the crystals all working together it truly was a magical journey!
I know not every session or experience is the same but for me both sessions I've had were exactly what I needed to get me back in alignment.

We are excited to continue holding space in 2026 and co-creating with all those who feel the calling to join us on Zooklandia.

I've long enjoyed the company of tree's and heard their whispers as their branches danced in the breeze.
