~Sole Sister Sunday~
What started a foggy day gave way to a magical gathering under the Sunday sun.💛
One by one the ladies arrived bringing their bits of magic and offerings.
We gathered around the table integrating the most recent waves in life and started by pulling cards from different tarot decks that all seemed to echo the same messages, in theme with the conversation.✨️
🌳Next was a Grounding Stretch near Grandmother Willow, she danced in the breeze echoing our movements and we released and breathed into any dis-ease in our body and then felt our golden roots grow deeper into the earth drawing away what no longer served us and filling us up in return with her golden energy.
🌌 I then felt called to lead the ladies in a sun meditation. Something I have practiced for myself and for others but this was my first group guided experience.....
I took a deep breath and surrendered to the calling, asking if the ladies wanted to receive, then guiding them on the experience and journey. A truly magicl experience that left me feeling my hive of guides buzzing within me, during one moment particularly when I bowed before a sister, toning and humming as we held space together under the energy of the sun.☀️
🌬✨️Next we returned to the magic of our own breath to guide us on the next step of releasing, weaving a vortex of love, peace and healed energy that grew with every breath we took! Then emerging from the tent feeling like a phenix rising from the ashes.
We took the time next to move the energy even more guided to dance with streamers, spinning our energy and letting it flow even more freely as we twisted, spun and danced to the beats of our own drums.💃
🌊Then it was time to bless and honor our Sole's with Sacred Waters, flower's and salts, holding each sister's feet in our hands and honoring the Sacred journey's that they have carried each sister through.

Every gathering is different and unique but always full of so much love, support, magic and healing.
