AQC Health/Affordable Quality Healthcare, LLC will be closing permanently as of 02/14/2025. We will not be seeing patients 2/13/25 or 2/14/25.

Daniel Williamson, APRN and staff will continue patient care for all patients at CareFirst Wellness beginning 02/17/2025 at 1125 N. Porter, Suite 101 in Norman. Our phone number will remain (405) 217-9997
