We have immediate openings in Norman and SW OKC!
Norman Locations:
Assignment 2 is 2 small office locations packaged together that are cleaned on the Weekend (approx 3.5hrs), and Tuesday-Thursday Night (approx 1.5hr a night); estimated monthly pay is approx $539/month ($15/hr)

Assignment 3 is 3 small office locations that are only cleaned on Weekends (one day, or split into Sat/Sun). Estimated total hours for weekend work is 8hrs. Could be partnered with another cleaner if needed. IF 8hrs worked at $15/hr, estimated monthly income is $526/month.

Assignment 4 is two sports complexes with shifts available. Plenty of work. We have cleaning after 8pm for 2-4 hours each night of week (7days a week) starting pay is $15/hr.
We also have weekend Day Porter available. This position would 6-8hrs at $17/hr.

Assignment 1 is in SW OKC and are two financial institutions that are cleaned Sunday night thru Thursday night at approx 3.5hrs per night total. $15/hr, estimated Monthly Income is $1139/month.

I said yes to an invitation from Monroe Elementary and MAY have stolen Santa's thunder just a little! 😬😬😂 But Santa is the greatest, so he was a good sport!
I don't know what the connection is to janitorial service, but it was fun! Each time I watch this, I see something new that the kids are doing that I didn't see before. Thanks Miss Buckley—that was awesome!

We are about to test this style of robot vacuum cleaner again. If used correctly, in the right facility, we can allocate more human labor to other aspects of detail cleaning that these machines can’t do.

In return we are finding ways to have more efficient cleaning plans and extend the labor cost savings to the customer while keeping the cleaning standards at optimum levels.

In our previous post, we laid out some basic facts and answered common questions about robotic floor cleaners. We also detailed some of their shortcomings. Today we want to tackle what is probably the most pressing question: are robotic cleaners worth the cost? The short answer (again)

Just had a 3 year anniversary lunch with my man Greg Leavell! This dude is a light in the world! Love ya Greg!

This week is the start of our employee spotlight and to kick us off we sat down and spoke with Greg, pictured here with his workout partner Sherri! We got to speak about some important topics regarding leadership and positivity at work. Getting to hear his wisdom after several years of excellent work is inspiring. We know you will enjoy getting to know Greg!

Greg started with Alliance about four years ago as a cleaner. With his dedication to exceptional work, he has become a manager for our Oklahoma City division. In this position, he loves that he gets to both grow in his leadership ability and be a frontline worker. When he came into this position Greg learned a lot about leadership. His biggest takeaway is that being uncomfortable in your leadership ability is important because it gives you an opportunity to grow and overcome challenges with greater wisdom.

Throughout his years at Alliance, Greg has remained enthusiastic about his job and his attitude is infectious. When asked about how he stays positive he gave three reasons, “Honor God with the work you do, practice the art of cleaning, and know that cleaning makes a difference.” We love Greg around here and are so impressed with his work ethic. When he goes on building inspections, he makes sure to keep a cleaning kit in his car so if anything is out of place in a building, he can fix it right away! We couldn’t ask for a more dedicated professional.

Greg is an integral part of the team at Alliance and we are so thankful for all that he does! Keep an eye out for our next excellent team member interviewed for our employee spotlight coming in just a couple of weeks.

This is a quick selfie of about half the people that showed up to a quick come and go employee appreciation our Managers hosted at Scissortail Park!

3 years ago we had about 30-35 employees.

Today we have approx 70 employees plus 20 project and contract Specialist.
These are the heroes working days, afternoons, nights, and weekends for our customers.

It takes a team and we are adding to it every week!
We love our team and love what we do!

This group is constantly scaling up! Let’s go!

Yesterday afternoon was the start of Alliance Maintenance’s annual Summit. All Area Operators/Managers bring in there management teams and main support staff to Tulsa for training and collaboration for a day and a half.
During this time there are some awards and recognition. Tanner Rowland, one of our Operations Managers here in Oklahoma City was selected for this years Vision Award. Our Vision Award is a Coin presented to an employee who “lives the vision” with our customers. Our Vision is to “Excite Customers By Creating A Clean and Orderly Place To Work.”
It’s hard work. It’s challenging. You need to stay positive, be hard working, determined, and support your customers and your team. You need to be a leader! Tanner has done that this past year exceptionally well. Extremely proud of his work and growth!
We also have a group photo of our team (kind of dark) while bowling, then laser tag and Alicia whipping her hair around before another strike! 😂👏 Special thanks to Mike Cole for his Sales efforts! Madeline Inman for her organization and keeping everyone tied together in recruiting and payroll! Alicia for being Wonder Woman with Customer QC checks and Employee support! Greg Leavell for just being a beacon of light and positive influence when doing QC inspections! Brandie Glass (not pictured) for her leadership in our Chickasha market!
Love what I do because the people I get to work with everyday. Neil, David, Doug, Jackie, Melanie, Beth, Chase, Scott, and Travis create a pretty special environment to show up to and “work” every day. Love my people.

Hello Everyone! We have been fortunate to have a good surge of new customers. We want to offer the best support to our Cleaners and Operations Staff to who are being stretched logistically across our market. We need a couple of LEADERS! People who are not afraid to go to new places, get to know cleaners and cleaning teams, learn our processes and yes, vacuum and clean some toilets a long the way!
This leadership position will support our main Operations Mgmt Team by training new staff, supporting current staff, provide cleaning evaluation feedback to managers, and occasional emergency fill in at locations across the OKC Market.

If you are a working professional, stay at home Mom or Dad, retired, etc., and feel you could provide some good positive leadership in helping people and cleaning, this may be the part-time job for you to supplement your income!
