Soaring Together is a free community event hosted by TSA and OKC Will Rogers Airport designed to help individuals and families practice going through the airport in a calm, supportive environment. From checking in at the ticket counter to going through TSA security and boarding an aircraft, this event offers a realistic rehearsal of the air travel experience. This is ideal for those who may need extra time or support navigating the airport.
TSA and Airport staff will lead participants step-by-step through the process, offering guidance and helpful travel tips along the way.
Designed especially for families with loved ones on the autism
spectrum or any special needs, this event is open to all and
includes a realistic travel rehearsal along with a resource fair
featuring local organizations.

We are so excited to help celebrate We Rock The Spectrum - Norman’s first birthday! Join us on June 29th for lots of fun!! 🎉🤩

🥳 We are turning 1️⃣ year old! 🥳

And YOU are invited!

❤️💛💙 On Sunday, June 29th, please join us as we celebrate our one year anniversary! ❤️💛💙

From 10:00-1:00, we will hold sensory friendly hours, which will include quiet music, sensory activities, and arts & crafts.

From 1:00-4:00, we will have music to jam out to, fair style games to play, and vendors with booths.

Both time slots will include open play, food, sales, and raffles to enter to win prizes!

Please note, your child does NOT need to be autistic to join during the sensory friendly time 10:00-1:00, but we do ask that our louder, more energetic friends join us for the 1:00-4:00 time slot instead.
