One of the biggest questions I get is 'why don't you have your hours of operation posted'? I'd like to take this time to go into some detail about why I choose to work BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, and how that benefits not only me but my clients as well.

I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for massage appointments; this means no walk-in or same-day appointments are available. This notice gives me the security to properly screen new clients, but it also allows you to properly disclose any information that may help me better prepare for your massage.

Does this mean I am available 24-7? No! I try to accommodate my loyal clientele at their convenience, then fill any available spots with new/potential clients who respect my policy of 24-hour notice.

At times, I have folks who call asking inappropriate questions, those who call and don't leave a message, or those who call at inappropriate hours. These people are blocked, as sadly there are some who see a 'by appointment only' Massage Practice and assume it is engaging in illicit activities.

I do not tolerate inappropriate or suggestive behavior. I am a licensed massage therapist and proudly helped our profession gain professional licensing in Oklahoma.

Massage should never hurt! If you experience a painful massage, you should speak up and request a lighter touch.

I work gently to relax and warm up muscles, otherwise, muscles can feel threatened and tighten up, causing pain. I have found that a Deep Tissue massage is not needed to achieve ideal results if proper techniques are used.
