3. Bend Slightly at the Knees: This lowers your center of gravity, making it easier to stay steady.
4. Wear Proper Footwear: Choose shoes with good traction to grip the ice better.
5. Walk Like a Penguin: shifting your weight slightly forward with your feet apart helps you stay balanced.
6. Use Handrails When Available: Always take advantage of any support to reduce risk of falling.
