🌿 ATTENTION OKLAHOMA MEDICAL CANNABIS PATIENTS 🌿
We’ve had a lot of questions about Schedule III reclassification and what it means for you.
Here’s what you need to know:
As of late June 2026, the DEA will begin final rulemaking and administrative hearings on Schedule III enforcement. For Oklahoma patients, this shifts the focus from immediate procedural changes to long-term health and legal benefits.
The most important thing to remember:
✅ Your OMMA license still runs the show in Oklahoma. It remains the primary legal document for purchasing and possessing your medicine.
✅ Reclassification does NOT replace your state medical card with a standard prescription.
CPKS, LLP Uncensored Family Medicine & OkieBudz Network want you to know:
We are still here for you!
Your natural medicine journey doesn’t stop, and keeping your Oklahoma MMJ license active is the best way to protect your access and your rights as a patient.
