Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy, Norman OK Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy Norman proudly serves Norman, offering Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy along with skilled nursing and long term care.

We are a Medicare/Medicaid Certified Provider. In Oklahoma, Grace Living Center homes have been honored with the prestigious Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association (AHCA). The National Quality Awards encourage the continuous learning and development of long term and post-acute care facilities to achieve performance excellence. 20 of our 29 homes have achieved this status. Each Grace Living Center offers long term care when people are no longer able to care for themselves. Several Grace locations ( Norman, Bethany, Altus, Clinton and Tahlequah) now include Bridges at Grace Living Center, a post-acute care rehabilitation unit with a separate entrance, private dining, private rooms and a state of the art therapy gym. Each Grace Living Center is independently owned and operated.

The two hardest things to say in life are, "Hello" for the first time, and "goodbye" for the last.

Sometimes in our lives, we are fortunate to have our paths cross with very unique, quick-witted, talented, and very special people. Al Graham was one of those people! Al had many talents, including drawing, "writing new programs" for our nursing staff, and drawing cartoons for all of us to enjoy. Your great sense of humor and your beautiful crooked smile are something all of us at Grace will always remember.❤️
