High-functioning anxiety is tricky because from the outside it looks like you’re “doing great”, but on the inside it can feel like your brain never clocks out. 😵💫
Some common signs:
• You’re productive, but never feel caught up
• You overthink everything (even the “simple” stuff)
• You’re a perfectionist… and still feel like it’s not enough
• You’re the reliable one for everyone else, but you feel emotionally exhausted
• You forget basics like eating, resting, or taking breaks until your body forces you to
