Silver Elm Estates is a charming Independent Living community offering senior apartments for 55+ individuals, with affordable 1 – and 2 – bedroom apartments; plus six wheelchair accessible apartments. Units are very spacious and ADA compliant with accessible emergency pull cords. All utilities are included with no activation fees, and every unit includes regularly scheduled housekeeping visits at no extra cost. In addition, full-sized washer and dryers are also included and select units come with available carports.
