Are you wondering what the signs, symptoms, and risk factors are that may indicate the presence of a mood disorder such as perinatal anxiety or depression?

Below is a handout developed by postpartum progress that may be helpful for moms, and dads as well, to help identify the signs and risk factors. This handout does not indicate a diagnosis but it is a tool to help educate.

If you or someone you know is struggling with a perinatal mood disorder (postpartum depression), please call our helpline to locate resources
