Advanced Sports Performance Coach with USA Weightlifting, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Gym Integrity offers personal at home or at gym sports performance training. Learn or improve Olympic Lifting, speed, agility. Gain flexibility through Fascial Stretch Therapy which can also reduce pain. Make appointment with Certified Athletic Trainer for injury assessment or evaluation, get rehab or home exercise program. Geriatric rehabilitation also available.

We are so excited to welcome Cornelia to the Gym Integrity team. Get to know her below!

“I am excited to announce I am joining as a trainer! I have always been active, but have been a certified trainer since 2019. I upped my certifications in 2021 by becoming an ACE certified trainer and a Schwinn cycle certified trainer. I have completed 3 full marathons and 23 half marathons. My fitness philosophy is we should all want to focus on fitness for life. My goal is to be 80 and still be able to sit on the floor and stand up by myself!
