Here are a few things to look out for:
👀 Trouble sleeping or frequent nightmares
😣 Complaints of stomachaches or headaches with no medical cause
🙈 Avoiding school or social activities
😶 Withdrawing from friends or family
😡 Increased irritability or meltdowns over small things
💭 Constant worry or need for reassurance
