One of the BEST things about being an autism clinician is taking the time to let a child know they are SEEN and HEARD. The smile and validation on their face is EVERYTHING.

How often do we feel unseen, misunderstood, or unheard? I would guess too often. Imagine having limited to almost no form of communication.

Time is our friend. Let’s take it to listen.

Hi ABA Connections families and friends,

We will be hosting an adult social group this summer.

The group is geared for people who are neurodivergent and looking for friendships. This particular group is not for those with cognitive delays. Some may be on the spectrum and some may have other social barriers. A lot of people report feeling different and alone. During the social group, we have a curriculum we will go through for a week while having a good time!
