Today we’re proud to celebrate National Inclusive Postsecondary Education (IPSE) Day and the designation of May 1 as IPSE Day in Oklahoma. IPSE creates transformative opportunities for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to pursue college, build independence, and prepare for meaningful careers.

We’re honored that Sooner Works is part of Oklahoma’s growing IPSE movement alongside the NSU RiverHawks Scholar Program and OSU Opportunity Orange Scholars.

Serving our community, building connections, and preparing for what’s next! 💼🗣️

Our students had an incredible time participating in the Big Event with oupeerpartners & giving back alongside the OU community. We also want to give a HUGE shoutout to the College of Human Relations, who have been putting together networking opportunities for students throughout the semester!

From mock interviews to a final Job Connect event, students have been able to engage in building their confidence & practice employment networking.
