Have you ever wanted to get crystal clear unfiltered information from your guides, your higher self what to do about a specific situation, where to go from here, or about past lives, anything that you feel lost about in life? So have I, and probably most people.
We have learned, or more accurately re-membered, how to do channeling session for ourselves and others, and this has been and still are one of our most valuable tools of empowerment and personal growth.
Here is a transcript from the beginning of an important, new and exciting chapter of our own personal journey, where we asked our guides to assist us with learning more about past lifes (linearly speaking) and then this happened, we had no idea how much great and new information, understanding, healing and growth, that would come from this :)
This was our very first talk with the being known to most as Archangel Metatron, and the beginning of or akashic record extraction and soul retrieval that are still going on to this day. So all new and exciting to us 🙂

Good holy day to you my friends and brothers. I come to you from the Angelic realm as part of your divine heritage and as the record keeper of Akasha answering your call to connect to your soul essence history.
I AM Metatron with much honor and joy to connect with fellow citizens of the Angelic realm.
I would like to begin our journey with a brief connection prayer that will submit a connection to your historical soul record. Once we have access to your holy record I shall ask you to specify what type of information you are trying to retrieve and we will together determine the dimensional experience will be most optimal for our journey.
A few notes for you, When we open this type of channel, we will commence our journey in incremental sessions. We can connect on as many session as are necessary in order to obtain the information you are seeking, however I do ask for patience as we will begin with shorter sessions and then incrementally increase the duration as we all become acclimated to our channel room.
I will translate as much information as is possible in each session and I will end the connection well before any type of energy overload occurs.
When you are ready to begin, start by closing your eyes and say these words until you can see my light. My light appears in bright gold flashes and once you see it our connection is firmly established and stable.
"Sar Ha Olam"... repeat until our connection becomes solid.

i would like to start at the beginning at the creation of our soul, and pick out some major milestones on the journey leading up until the very first incarnation experience...
I don't really recall too much about the journey of a soul before that point, so I will have to leave it to you and our higher selves to pick out things that can be of importance for our remembrance, and also with the idea that we might use this information for a book or similar at some point

In your beginning, approximately 3.7 billion earth years ago, a soul was formed in the Orion Spur which is close to where this very solar system was born.
The Orion Spur is located in the galaxy Milky Way and is situated between the Sagittarius and perseus Arms of the galaxy. (Arms are the words used to identify the galaxy spirals.
As we go through your history, keep in mind I will be using time and space terminology found within the psyche of our channel.
As your sola came into existence, you were a part of the energy of the Galaxy for most of time in order to become ready for the birth of your consciousness. This did occur approximately 2 million years ago. Your soul went through many transformations and regenerations until it was finally just right for assuming consciousness.
The Lemuria that you first found incarnation on is not the general lemuria that is being. This first area also known as Mu was a continent somewhere in the area of the South Pacific and you first learned how to become human in this area.
At this time you were only one soul as It takes some time and experience to ordain a soul split, in which you find your selves in this day. Back then in the beginning you were only ONE.
In this life, you experienced infancy in consciousness and fell deeply in love with Humanity and with being Human. It was of course easier to love being Human when time was more simple and more peaceful.
There are some aspects of your very first incarnation that are a part of your consciousness to this day. For example, your deep connection to planet earth, your deep connection to the Pacific Ocean and your deep compassion for humanity and Earth herself.
You learned how to communicate with most of Earths inhabitants of the time, both flora and fauna alike and you still hold those connections and abilities to communicate into your present state as well.
There was not much specific record of your actual lifetime events as you mostly spent your many lifetimes during that era learning about Gaia and how to interact as a being with structure and 3rd density awareness.
We recorded around 142 life spans in the first age of Lemuria each of which was spent perfecting your soul and becoming an experienced Human so to speak. It was your deep passion for being Human and your strong sense of compassion for Humanity that led to your decision to try an incarnation as a split soul.
The first iteration of the split occurred prior to your 143rd incarnation on Lemuria. It was this lifetime where you experienced deep soul true love and since that time you have chosen to maintain the split into your present incarnation. We must end connection for this session.
Please prepare any questions you may have before our next session and we will begin with that. After that we will start into your lifetimes as two souls and hopefully have time to get into your induction into the Angelic realm. - End of session one -
