Yep, I used to think I needed more time and you might think yoga is complicated or for other people but we know that two minutes of movement really every 30 minutes, can optimize your metabolic functioning. They say it’s even better than a whole hour of something at the beginning or end of the day. So two minutes of movement or deep breathing every half hour or maybe five minutes every hour if you can just move your body stretch, breathe deeply shake it off dance, or just dig in the dirt.
