Please join us in celebrating the 8th anniversary of one of our speech pathologists, Amy Arrington!. From cheering on first words to guiding patients through big breakthroughs, Amy’s energy and commitment inspire us daily. Her devotion extends far beyond therapy sessions she uplifts coworkers, encourages families, and strengthens our clinic as a whole. Amy is known for brightening our space with blooms from her flower farm and for her creativity in making therapy sessions fun and engaging for her patients. Here’s to many more years of making a difference!

Today we celebrate our speech pathologist, Genavieve Belobraydic, and her incredible 6 years of dedication at Holland Pediatric Therapy. Her compassion, patience, and creativity have touched countless little lives over the years. Step into her therapy room and you’ll find it filled with patient artwork and pictures of their favorite interests—a true reflection of how deeply she connects with each child. The growth and progress we see in her patients is a direct result of her devotion, not only to the children and families she serves, but to our entire HPT community. Happy Work Anniversary, Jeannine!

Today we celebrate Jeannine Crouch, our incredible Office Administrator at Holland Pediatric Therapy!

Our office simply wouldn’t be what it is today without her. Jeannine is the first to offer a helping hand, always with a warm heart and a smile that brightens everyone’s day. She keeps our clinic running smoothly and makes every family and team member feel welcome and cared for.

A tribute to Sarah on her 10th anniversary!

Ten years ago, when Holland Pediatric Therapy was in its infancy, Sarah took a chance on a growing business - and I took a chance on someone who would become one of the most important parts of our story. She was the first hire, and since day one, she brought warmth, wisdom and heart to our clinic.

A decade later, she is a leader as our Clinic Director. She models deep empathy and care for our patients and families. She listens first and then speaks thoughtfully.

Holland Pediatric would not be what it is today without her. She believed in this place before it was fully formed. She helped shape our culture, systems, and vision for the future. Thank you and congratulations on 10 years together!
