Hello Community! Just wanted to let you know that our “water broke” 💧What looked like a “high leak” turned out to be full break in the main supply. The plumbers are “laboring” nicely and we hope to “transition” smoothly and swiftly. These scones are a great alternative to high sugar pastries! Each has approximately 11g protein, 11g fat, and 20g carb

Almond Flour Scones:
2c almond flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
5tbsp cold butter cut in small chunks
4 large eggs
1tsp almond extract
1tsp vanilla
2tbsp honey or Maple syrup
1/2 pint fresh blueberries

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2.Line baking sheet with parchment oil lightly.
3. Mix dry ingredients.
4. Cut in butter with pastry cutter, fork, or food processor until pea size texture.
5. Scrabble the eggs with the extracts and sweetener and gently fold into the dry ingredients.
6. Fold in fresh blueberries.
7. Divide dough into 5 or 6 scones and bake 25 min or until golden.
(Hints: if the dough feels too wet add a bit more flour)
